Arnold Palmer’s will intrigue even the most discerning food connoisseur, and the menu includes a range of options for every taste and age. The restaurant boasts one of the most creative chefs on the west coast, Executive Chef/GM, Brett Maddock. Previously with the Ritz-Carlton resorts, Chef Maddock has perfected a Progressive American Cuisine and uses only market fresh ingredients. Chef Maddock’s menu highlights favorites such as pear salad, honey-soy glazed halibut, braised beef short ribs, and pan-seared sea scallops. The menu showcases succulent broiler selections of corn-fed beef from the Midwest, and a variety of Arnie's favorite comfort foods from traditional meatloaf and beef stroganoff to chicken pot pie. Wine Spectator took notice of the impressive wine cellar with over 325 selections of wine assembled by Wine Director Bo Moore, and has awarded the restaurant its coveted Award of Excellence once again in 2007. The restaurant is also the only local establishment pouring Arnold Palmer's 2004 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. |
