Arnold Palmer’s will intrigue even the most discerning food connoisseur, and the menu includes a range of options for every taste and age. The restaurant boasts one of the most creative chefs on the west coast, Executive Chef/GM, Brett Maddock. 

Previously with the Ritz-Carlton resorts, Chef Maddock has perfected a Progressive American Cuisine and uses only market fresh ingredients. Chef Maddock’s menu highlights favorites such as pear salad, honey-soy glazed halibut, braised beef short ribs, and pan-seared sea scallops.  The menu showcases succulent broiler selections of corn-fed beef from the Midwest, and a variety of Arnie's favorite comfort foods from traditional meatloaf and beef stroganoff to chicken pot pie. 

In addition, Arnie's Pub and outdoor patio is perfect for an after-golf snack such as the Triple Bogey - a barbeque beef, a crab cake and a cheese burger slider served with home made macaroni and cheese - or other pub favorites.
